   Willetta Mary, daughter of William W. and Anna (Breen) Kral, was born November 27, 1912 at Vail, Iowa. WIlletta attended country school near her home and then graduated from St. Anns High School in Vail. She attended College of St. Mary in Omaha, NE and Drake University in Des Moines.   On August 18, 1941, Willetta was united in marriage with Edward Dobler at Vail. They were the parents of four children and farmed north of Vail until 1952 when Ed retired from farming. They lived in Corning and Valley, NE before settling in Manning in 1955. Willetta was a teacher in rural schools and in Gray, retiring in 1978. Her husband had died suddenly and unexpectedly the year before. She was a member of Sacred Heart Church in Manning, AAUW and Delta Kappa Gamma.   Willetta continued to live in Manning until she moved to assisted living in 2006 near her son in Cascade. When she was in need of additional care  in 2008 she moved to the Averno Nursing Home in Clinton nearer her daughter. She died there on Friday, August 7, 2009, at the age of 96 years, 8 months and 11 days.   Preceding her in death are her parents; husband; four brothers: two in infancy;  Harry Kral and wife Helen and Ralph Kral and wife Agnes.   She is survived by her daughter Joann and husband Michael Bell of Clinton; three sons Ralph Dobler of Manning and San Diego, CA; John Dobler and wife Kris of Norman, OK and James Dobler and wife Linda of Cascade; eight  grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
