Mary Ann Naber, daughter of Valentine and Philomena (Schroeder) Naber was born March 30, 1917 in Mildord, Iowa.  Mary Ann died December 26, 2007 at St. Anthony Nursing Home in Carroll where she had been a resident since March of 2000.  She attended St. Peter and Paul grade school and Carroll High School.  Mary Ann worked for Ocoma Foods for over 20 years and Framland Foods for 10 years before retiring.  She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, playing cards and bingo, cooking, and watching T.V. game shows. 

Mary Ann was married to Maurice Joseph Naberhaus May 31, 1938 at St. Peter & Paul Church by Rev. Lambert Schenkelberg.

Mary Ann is preceded in death by her parents; husband Maurice (1990); brothers Myron, Marvin, Jerome and Bernard Naber; sister Catherine Snyder; son-in-law Kenneth Kammin

Mary Ann is survived by her daughter Maureen Kammin of Carroll; son Richard and wife Janice of Denison; 6 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established for the Alzheimers unit at St. Anthony Nursing Home and is available at the funeral home or church.
