June Elizabeth, daughter of Harry Clyde and Opal Belle (Hale) Hupp, was born June 3, 1937, near Dexter, Iowa. When she was a small girl the family moved to a farm near Stuart where she attended rural school. After completing the eighth grade, she went to Stuart High School. After completing her schooling, June was united in marriage with DeWayne Coe. They were the parents of three girls Rosie, Cindy and Carolyn. They lived in the Stuart-Menlo area. Later she was married to Leo Terlisner. The Terlisner children were Clyde, Audrey, Chad, Becky and Greg. They continued to live in Iowa. On June 11, 1985, June was united in marriage with Ralph Baugher at Seminole, Georgia. They returned to Iowa several years later and settled in Coon Rapids. June worked as a certified nurses aide and as a cook. After she retired in 1998, June and Ralph moved to Guthrie Center. She attended the Community Bible Church in Guthrie Center, however considered the Methodist Church in Coon Rapids her family church. June enjoyed life to the fullest. She loved her flower garden and all animals, especially those in need. Above all, she cherished her family. June was diagnosed with lung cancer in 2005 and it continued to spread until the time of her death on Tuesday, April 18, 2006, at Guthrie County Hospital, Guthrie Center, Iowa. She was 68 years, 10 months and 15 days of age. Preceding her in death are her parents and daughter Rosie Luth. She is survived by her husband Ralph Baugher of Guthrie Center; seven children: Cindy and husband Larry Guzinski of Stuart; Carolyn Coe and Russ Quandt of Denison; Clyde Terlisner of Gray; Audrey and husband Johnny Nix of Cairo, Georgia; Chad Terlisner and Teresa Waller of LaGrange, Georgia; Greg Terlisner and wife Kim of Manilla; and Becky Lewis of Bainbridge, Georgia; 22 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; two sisters Dorothy Boss of Coon Rapids and Mary and husband Delos Halterman of Kiron; two brothers Delbert Hupp and wife Bonnie of Mission, Texas, and Richard Hupp and wife Judy of Schleswig; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
