Edmund B. Ed?, son of Ben and Amelia (Miller) Riesberg was born April 25, 1919 at Roselle, Iowa. He attended Holy Angels School and then began working on the family farm. In his spare time Ed enjoyed visiting with friends and sharing stories about his military experiences. He also loved driving new cars. In 2004 Ed became a resident of Regency Park Nursing Home in Carroll. On October 8, 2008, he died there at the age of 89 years, 5 months and 13 days.
