Delphine Agnes (Finegan) Hulsing, age 90, died August 19, 2009 at St. Anthony Hospital in Carroll. The daughter of John C. and Florence (Rust) Finegan, she was born on October 20, 1918 at St. Anthony Hospital in Carroll. Delphine graduated from St. Angelas Academy in 1937 and began working for the Daily Times Herald as a proofreader.        On October 9, 1939 she was united in marriage with Arthur Hulsing at Sts. Peter and Pauls Church in Carroll by Fr. Lambert Schenkelberg. The family made their home in Carroll before moving to Roselle, where Delphine worked as a homemaker. She later worked with Arthur for Minnesota Woolens. In 1964, Delphine moved to Lake View where she and Art owned Art & Dels Clothing Store. In 1998 they returned to Carroll.        Delphine was a member of the Catholic Daughters of America, St. Lawrence Ladies Guild and the Pompateo Somateo Bridge Club. She enjoyed playing cards, reading and traveling.        Delphine was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Arthur in 2007.        She is survived by her daughters: Judy and husband Bob Overmohle of Carroll; Mary Jo and husband John Broich of Carroll and Jeanne and husband Kirby Kennedy of International Falls, MN; 10 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; brother-in-law Norbert Hulsing and wife Vivian of Glidden; sister-in-law Marjorie Hulsing of Carroll; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
